Important Note on Visits: Every assignment does not have a fixed daily timetable. Where physical presence is needed, site visits or official meetings are mutually scheduled in advance with the client.

Starting a school or college is a big journey. To make things easy, secure, and clear for you, our professional fees are structured into transparent, milestone-based stages as the work progresses.

Milestone-Based Professional Fee Structure:

  • Stage 1: Initialization, Legal Setup & First Meeting (25% Advance) — Society/Trust formation, preliminary paperwork, and First Meeting coordination.
  • Stage 2: Land & Administrative Process (25% Payment) — Land conversion, building compliance, and government NOCs.
  • Stage 3: Board or University Affiliation (30% Payment) — Inspection coordination and board/university approvals.
  • Stage 4: Successful Launch & Inauguration (Remaining 20% Payment) — Final handover and operational commencement.

Client-Borne Expenses (Actual Costs):

  • TA / Travel, DA, Local Conveyance, Boarding, Lodging / Hotel.
  • Government / Official / Statutory Fees, Registration / Application / Authority Charges.
  • Stamp Duty / Notary / Affidavit and other necessary official/third-party assignment expenses.

Combined Services: Multiple services can be combined into a custom-quoted assignment based on actual project requirements.
