Draft — Pending Final Legal Review
This page reflects RSIS's current operating principles in plain language. Final wording should be reviewed (and, where appropriate, by a legal professional) before the site goes live, and updated if the commercial or operational model changes.
Professional Boundary
RS Institutional Services provides managed back-office and operational support — administration, accounts and bookkeeping records, GST/tax documentation support, HR & payroll processing based on client-authorized inputs, institutional operations support, and government/regulatory correspondence tracking. Where statutory filing, certification, professional interpretation, tax advice or other regulated professional service is required, that responsibility remains with the client's Chartered Accountant, tax practitioner or other authorized professional; RSIS does not assume that role.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Where an engagement touches institutional development, affiliation, land documentation, NOC or other government-authority matters, all statutory approvals, licenses and decisions are granted solely by the respective competent government authorities, boards or universities. RSIS supports documentation, coordination and follow-up; final outcomes and timelines rest with those authorities.
Client-Authorized Processing
All back-office and payroll processing is based on information, instructions and approvals the client provides through agreed authorized channels. RSIS does not independently determine salary rates, deductions, employment policy or business/management decisions — these remain with the client.
No Unsupported Claims
RSIS does not represent unverified certifications as verified. A statement in an agreement does not make an unverified certification a verified claim. Guaranteed savings or results must not be claimed unless legitimately supportable. Service-level commitments may be stated only where specifically agreed and supportable.
