  1. Requirement Discussion

Understand the organization, current workflow, existing records, workload, current systems/software, authorized people and reporting expectations.

  2. Scope Selection

Select only the service components actually required.

  3. Authorized Information

Receive instructions, source records and approvals through agreed authorized channels.

  4. Managed Processing

Carry out routine processing within agreed scope and professional boundaries.

  5. Reports & Deliverables

Prepare agreed reports, documents, outputs and management information.

  6. Organized Storage

Maintain agreed deliverables and process files in an organized storage structure.

Transition & Onboarding

Before activation, RSIS may review the client's current process, existing records, authorized representatives, current systems/software, reporting expectations and operational priorities. For larger or complex engagements, an initial transition or limited trial scope may be used where appropriate before full-scale activation.

Remote Service Model

The managed back-office service is primarily designed for remote/virtual processing. Regular physical site visits are not assumed as a standard part of the monthly service unless separately agreed.

Authorized Communication & Client Representative

Instructions and approvals are accepted through registered or otherwise agreed authorized channels. A designated client representative may be identified for operational coordination to reduce ambiguity and protect both the client and RSIS.

Backlog, Fair Usage & Urgent Work

Historical backlog, exceptional high-volume work, special assignments and urgent/on-call requirements may be assessed separately from routine monthly service. Detailed turnaround and notice conditions are confirmed in service terms rather than over-promised here.

Client-Controlled Document Storage

Prepared reports, documents, exports and process files may be organized in the client's registered/designated Google Drive or other agreed client-controlled storage. RSIS does not require the client's Google password; authorization or shared permissions should be used instead.

Data Control, Security & Service Accountability

Data Control. Authorized Access. Client Control.

Client Control

Source data, business decisions and designated storage remain under agreed client control.

Authorized Access

Processing and access are based on agreed permissions and authorized communication.

No Password Collection

Client Google account passwords are not required for managed storage access.

Organized Records

Prepared records and deliverables are maintained in an agreed organized structure.

Operational Accountability

Defined scope, tracking and reporting support clearer responsibility.

Professional Boundaries

Regulated advice, certification and final management decisions remain with the appropriate authorized party.

Defined Scope | Authorized Instructions | Timely Processing | Due-Date Monitoring | Organized Records | Periodic Reporting

Confidentiality & Controlled Processing

Client information is processed only for the agreed service purpose and within authorized access.

Process Quality & Review

Structured processing, review checkpoints, documented records and correction tracking support consistency across recurring back-office work.

RSIS Managed Scope

Authorized processing, routine records, documentation, follow-up, reporting and coordination within agreed service scope.

Client / Authorized Professional Control

Final management approvals, financial decisions, salary-policy decisions, statutory professional advice/certification and organizational authority.

Proof / Evidence Record

RSIS may maintain a structured proof/evidence record for relevant deliverables and operational actions. The detailed internal evidence framework, control forms and proprietary methodology remain confidential and are not published on the website.
