Draft — Pending Final Legal Review
This page reflects RSIS's current operating principles in plain language. Final wording should be reviewed (and, where appropriate, by a legal professional) before the site goes live, and updated if the commercial or operational model changes.
What We Collect
RS Institutional Services collects the information a client or prospective client voluntarily provides — for example through the enquiry form (name, organization, contact details, country/region, service requirement, approximate work volume and brief requirement) — and, once an engagement begins, the operational records and documents needed to deliver the agreed back office outsourcing scope.
How We Use It
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare service terms, and carry out the agreed outsourcing service scope: authorized processing, routine records, documentation, follow-up, reporting and coordination. It is not sold to any third party.
Storage & Access
RS Institutional Services operates from India and may provide remote back office outsourcing support to international/EU clients.
LekhaOne is an internal operations platform used by RS Institutional Services for back office outsourcing service delivery. It is not a public SaaS product or client portal. Access to internal operational systems is restricted to authorized RSIS personnel according to applicable access controls. Clients and the general public are not provided backend access to LekhaOne.
Prepared reports, documents, exports and process files may be organized in the client's own registered/designated Google Drive or another agreed client-controlled storage environment. RSIS does not require or collect the client's Google account password; authorization or shared permissions are used instead.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary according to the agreed service, contractual and operational requirements, and applicable legal requirements. Retention and deletion are subject to those requirements. Clients may request review or removal of their information by writing to [email protected].
Third Parties & Professionals
RSIS may use necessary technology or service providers for hosting, communications, storage, backup or service delivery where applicable, subject to appropriate authorized use and confidentiality/security arrangements.
Where statutory filing, certification or professional advice requires a Chartered Accountant, tax practitioner or other authorized professional, relevant operational records may be shared with that authorized person within the client's agreed scope and instruction.
