Using This Website
This website describes RS Institutional Services' Back Office Outsourcing Services and Institutional Development assignments. It does not offer client login, software sign-up, or self-service access — enquiries are handled through the enquiry form or direct contact, followed by a requirement discussion.
LekhaOne is RSIS's internal operational platform. It does not provide clients with software subscriptions, public software access or backend login.
Service Engagement
An engagement begins only after a requirement discussion, scope selection, agreed service terms and client authorization. Service scope, responsibilities, communication channels, deliverables and commercial terms are confirmed in writing before work begins, and may be revised by mutual agreement as requirements change.
Pricing
Published fixed plans and rates on the Fee & Payment Policy page apply as stated where the client falls within the defined scope. “From” pricing, “Custom Quote”, special assignments, backlog and exceptional or non-standard work remain subject to the applicable published terms and the relevant scope and requirements. The final engagement scope and applicable charges are confirmed through the relevant proposal, agreement or authorization.
Jurisdiction
Any formal disputes or legal matters arising out of a professional engagement with RS Institutional Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
